Download the desktop app from your dashboard or our homepage. Run the installer and sign in with your InsertKit account. Your shortcuts will automatically sync across all devices.

Can I use InsertKit on multiple devices?

Yes! InsertKit works on Windows, macOS, Linux, and as a Chrome extension. All your shortcuts sync automatically across devices when you're signed in.

What are dynamic templates?

Dynamic templates let you create shortcuts with form fields, dropdowns, and conditional logic. For example, create an email template that asks for the recipient's name and automatically personalizes the message.

How does clipboard history work?

InsertKit automatically saves everything you copy. Access your clipboard history from any device to paste previously copied text, images, or files. Free users get 7 days of history, Pro users get unlimited.

Can I share shortcuts with my team?

Yes! Business plan users can create team shortcuts that are shared with all team members. You can also set permissions to control who can edit shared shortcuts.
